  • We support the consumer with nursing services such as insulin administration, blood glucose monitoring, administering injections or medications that you are not able to manage yourself.
  • We manage all wounds, new (acute)

For Providers and Health Organisations:

  • We undertake comprehensive health assessments, send referrals and make recommendations to support consumers to live safely in their homes.
  • We assist providers in keeping their care support workers up to date and manage competency based learning and assessment. (Infection control, hand hygiene, medication management, etc.)

I have 15 years of leadership experience in Aged Care, including Residential Aged Care and Home Support Services. I hold a 4-year General Registered Nurse Diploma plus a Diploma in Community Services. My professional experience includes Director of Nursing, Aged Care and Disability Support Services (since 2022), Community Hub Manager at Southern Cross Care’s Home Care, Allied Health, and Day Respite Services (2020 to 2022), Care and Quality Manager at Pearl Residential Care at Southern Cross Care, Darwin (2017 to 2019), Residential Service Manager, Pearl Residential Care at Southern Cross Care Darwin (2015 to 2017) and Quality Manager at the Darwin Private Hospital (2013 to 2015).

My aim is to apply my knowledge, skills, and experience in the healthcare field, so that I can provide high-quality patient care, effective nursing staff management and be an integral part of the team, while raising my young daughter with my husband.
