Nursing, Aged and Disability Support Services offer a variety of Nurseing and Caring services. both for at home clients or clients in residential care.

for Consumers in Their Homes:

  • We support the consumer with nursing services such as insulin administration, blood glucose monitoring, administering injections or medications that you are not able to manage yourself.
  • We manage all wounds, new (acute) and long term (chronic) wounds

For Providers and Health Organisations:

  • We undertake comprehensive health assessments, send referrals and make recommendations to support consumers to live safely in their homes.
  • We assist providers in keeping their care support workers up to date and manage competency based learning and assessment. (Infection control, hand hygiene, medication management, etc.)

Clinical Assessment

Clinical assessment and diagnosis includes the identification of conditions, diseases, injuries or needs of a patient based on clinical information obtained through a process of examination, review and investigation.

Clinical Care - Wound Care
We offer clinical care and wound care by monitoring the care required and outcomes achieved. These are then carefully reviewed and adjusted over time to offer the best possible outcomes.

Medication Management
We ensure that where clinicians have prescribed medication, these are then dispensed and administered appropriately. We then carefully monitor the medicines use and altered appropriately when required.

Audit
A clinical audit is a careful assessment designed to improve patient care and outcomes. It is a systematic review of all aspects of clinical performance against explicit predetermined criteria, and carrying out the implementation of change when the results indicate standards are not being met.

Health Care Education
To achieve the best outcomes with Health Care it is important to keep the patient informed and educated on their situation in regards to the possibility of improvement or vulnerabilities.

Short Term Contracts
Whether a patient requires a less experienced carer or more experienced registered nurse, we can provide the skill set required over a short term contract.

How much will it cost

We cater for In-Home Nursing or Personal Care Services as well as Residential (nursing home) and Hospital Staffing contracts.

Our rates range between $65 per hour (carers) and $120 per hour (nurses) depending on the service required.
